Account Information: Email address, encrypted password, username, and profile preferences.
Usage Data: Creation date/time, signup provider (e.g., Google, Discord), login IP address, and sign-in counts.
Service Content: Voluntary interactions with AI Companions, including prompts, messages, and customization preferences.
Device & Technical Information: Browser type, operating system, and cookie-related data.
Payment Metadata: Transaction dates, last 4 digits of payment cards, and amount (full financial data is handled by our secure processors).
Age Verification Data: Where required by your region, the outcome of an age check (pass or fail), the date and time, and a verification session reference. The check itself is carried out by our provider Verisoar — we never receive or store your facial image or ID document (see Section 2).

2. Age Verification

Where age verification is required by law in your region (for example, the United Kingdom under the Online Safety Act), access is gated until you complete an age check. The check is carried out by our third-party age-assurance provider, Verisoar. Any facial image or identity document you submit is processed by Verisoar and is never received or stored by fuckd.ai.

From this process we retain only the outcome (pass or fail), the date and time, and a verification session reference. We use this to record that an account has met the age requirement and to comply with our legal obligations; we do not use it for advertising.
