Underage Policy
fuckd.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage users.

1. Age Eligibility
Our services are exclusively intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Accessing or using fuckd.ai while under this age is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Verification and Monitoring
Where age verification is required by law in your region (for example, the United Kingdom under the Online Safety Act), access is gated until you complete an age check carried out by our third-party age-assurance provider, Verisoar. Elsewhere we use a combination of self-declaration and automated and manual signals to detect under-18 use. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any user at any time, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be suspended pending investigation. 3. Content Restrictions
All AI characters and personas on fuckd.ai are adults (18 or over). Creating, sharing, or attempting to generate content — including AI-generated text, images, or video — that portrays or sexualizes minors, or that depicts an adult character as a child or in an age-regressed manner, is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offense. We use automated and human moderation to detect such content. Any violation will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities immediately, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the United Kingdom.
4. Parental Controls
While our platform is designed to be inaccessible to minors, we encourage parents to use filtering and monitoring software to prevent unauthorized access by their children.
