1. Nature of the Service
fuckd.ai provides an AI-powered platform where users interact with fictional AI Companions. All imagery and content generated on the platform are the result of artificial intelligence algorithms and do not involve real human performers.
2. Exemption Statement
fuckd.ai is not a "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, as the platform does not produce, distribute, or exhibit material that contains actual "sexually explicit conduct" within the meaning of the statute. All representations of individuals are entirely computer-generated and do not depict real people.
3. Disclaimer
No real person has been used in the creation of these AI models or the content they generate. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
4. Custodian of Records
Because fuckd.ai does not produce material depicting actual human beings engaging in sexually explicit conduct, it is not required to maintain the records specified in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. However, we maintain internal records of AI model training data and user compliance as part of our general operational and safety procedures.
