What makes a roleplay idea actually work
Most RP ideas you'll find online are one line long: "boss and secretary", "vampire and victim". They're prompts, not scenes, and they die after three messages because nobody knows what happens next.
A roleplay idea that lasts needs:
- A place. Specific beats generic. "A sleeper train stuck outside Vienna" gives the other side something to describe. "A train" doesn't.
- A tension. Something one of you wants and the other is withholding: a promotion, a secret, a bet, a rule.
- A reason to stay. Snowed in, on shift, bound by a treaty, trapped in a time loop. If either character could just walk away, the scene has no pressure.
- An opening line that hands over the ball. End your first message with a question or a dare, so the reply has somewhere to go.

How to play an AI roleplay well
- Pick a character who fits. The Play it buttons point to the right grid. A strict mistress plays a work scene very differently from a flirty neighbour.
- Paste the opener, then add one line of context if you need it: "You're my rival from the office; we've both had a few drinks."
- Set limits up front. Anything off the table, say so. The character will stick to it.
- Step outside the scene with brackets.
