At fuckd.ai, we aim to provide a safe and positive environment for our users. This Content Removal Policy outlines how we handle requests for the removal of content from our platform.

1. Scope of Removal
Content subject to removal includes, but is not limited to, content that violates our Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, or Community Guidelines. We also act on valid legal requests and court orders.
2. Mandatory Removal
We will immediately remove any content that:
- Portrays or sexualizes minors.
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes.
- Promotes extreme violence or terrorism.
- Violates intellectual property rights (see our DMCA Policy).
3. Requesting Removal
If you believe certain content should be removed, you can submit a removal request. Please provide:
- Your contact information.
- The specific location (URL) of the content.
- A clear explanation of why the content should be removed.
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable).

4. Review Process
Our moderation team reviews all removal requests within 24-48 hours. We determine removal based on our policies and applicable laws. If content is removed, we may notify the user who created it, unless prohibited by law.
5. Appeals
If your content was removed and you believe it was an error, you may submit an appeal to hello@fuckd.ai explaining your position.
