You are prohibited from promoting, generating, or linking to content that falls into restricted categories, including but not limited to: underage content, non-consensual acts, extreme violence, illegal activities, and hate speech. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all commissions.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

To become an affiliate, simply sign up through our designated affiliate dashboard. By creating an account and obtaining your unique referral link, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is open to all eligible users, though we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Promotional Guidelines.

3. Commission and Payments

Affiliates earn a commission on successful referrals who subscribe to premium plans. Commission rates and payout schedules are specified within the affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice. Payments are subject to a minimum threshold and a holding period to account for potential refunds.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote fuckd.ai in a responsible and legal manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Spamming (email, social media, forums).
• Using "parasitic" software or browser extensions.
• Misrepresenting the service or making false claims.
• Bidding on brand-related keywords (PPC) without authorization.
• Promoting on sites that contain illegal or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited license to use our brand assets (logos, banners) for the sole purpose of promoting fuckd.ai. You may not modify these assets without approval.
